Bertucci's is really hit or miss in terms of the service. Some of the servers are so nice and great, other times we are waiting hours for our food. I'm not Really high maintenance where that kind of stuff bugs me unless it's really extreme, but it seems that even when it's not busy at all, we are still sitting there waiting and waiting, just for drinks or rolls.
However, I always love the food here. They never disappoint. Obviously the rolls at the beginning are delicious, and they have some good desserts too. We often will also order pizzas out for big parties. I love the European style pizza and not many places have that, but Bertucci's comes pretty close to the real deal. -

Always a good meal at this Bertucci's! Went to dinner for a friends birthday and the experience beginning to end was phenomenal! Not to mention I LOVE the gratinati, so delicious!

Met a friend for dinner and was surprised to see half way through our meal a mouse scurrying throughout the restaurant. More surprising was the lack of response by the staff as if this was no big deal. We left after we heard a waiter making fun of the incident to the table next to us.
Not a sanitary place to go. -

This place used to be good but it has gone so way down in service and quality. To go orders are always 20-30 minutes later than they tell you and then half your order is cold and the other half is under cooked. We went to pick up our food tonight (10 min after the window they said to give some grace period) and the hadn't even started one of the pizzas! No coupon would ever be worth giving them another chance. Don't go here.

Came to Bertucci's for the first time in a while, I have to say everything was phenomenal!! Our waitress Bell was awesome! She offered the 2 for Tuesday pizza special, which was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning soon!
